Hourly Consulting :

Brides who want a more hands-on-experience, we provide the assurance of consultation with an hourly fee on an as-needed basis.

Fee: $45.00 per hour

Day of Wedding Consulting :

Your day-of-wedding consultant will be there for the ceremony, and the reception. We will be there 3 hours before the ceremony to make sure that the vendors arrive on time. We will check all details no matter how small such as; wedding programs, seating assignments, place cards, cake table, guest book table, gift table, reserve cards, and favor placement.

Wedding Invitations:

You choose your stationary and then we will come to your home with all of our ideas for printing. We will sit down with you to go over everything that you need to know regarding invitations, including correct wording and etiquette. Searchlight Memories will print, assemble, and mail wedding invitations and information packets.

Wedding Accessories:

We will help you locate places to order all of your accessories; toasting glasses, unity candle, aisle runner, party favors, flower girl basket, ring bearer pillow, cake knife, guest book, and more. We can even complete the order for you.

Wedding Guests Hotel Site Selection:

Finding the appropriate hotel property can be a time-consuming and difficult task. Searchlight Memories will find the property that best fits the needs for your guest list; negotiate the most favorable contract terms, including all ancillary services. Our site selection includes; collaborating with hotel property, researching each property that will match your requirements, Provide “Availability Reports” that outline the available hotel choices, Provide assistance with hotel selection and negotiation to secure prime hotel space while maximizing the available benefits and Finalized contracts for each property selected.

Ceremony and Reception Site Selection:

Finding the appropriate venue can be a time-consuming and difficult task. Searchlight Memories will find the property that best fits the needs of your wedding; negotiate the most favorable contract terms, including all ancillary services. Our site selection service includes:

• Researching each property that will match your requirements.
• Provide "Availability Reports" that outline the available venue choices.

R.S.V.P. services will include:
