This package is for couples who want the large wedding (there will be minimums required by the location). This package is based on 150 – 250 numbers of people.

Engagement - Searchlight Memories Trained Consultant

• Meet with client to assist in helping with planning their vision, ideas and desires for their Dream wedding
• Help with choosing the right ceremony and reception sites
• Schedule meeting with vendors and attend vendor meetings (so you are free of one more meeting)
• Keep in touch with vendors to make sure arrangements stay on schedule
• Assist with shopping for dresses, tuxedo rentals and accessories
• Assist with the choice of colors, themes and style of your Memories package
• Correspond with wedding party and wedding participants via Email
• Provide information on obtaining a marriage license
• Locate an Officiate/Minister
• Locate up to four vendors needed in each of the following categories
• Florist
• Ceremony and reception set-up, tear down, provide chairs, and tables
• Linens for reception
• Locate Ceremony and reception sites which will include Catering information, Wedding Cake (if included with the reception menu package)
• Work with Ceremony site on sound system for officiate/minister
• DJ for set amount of hours
• Photographer
• Videographer
• Make-up and hair salons
• Invitation consultation
• Negotiate and review contracts with vendors
• Assist with ideas on flowers, stationary, decorations, etiquette, and new trends.
• Provide up to date information with client via Email and phone
• Contact onsite wedding coordinator if one is provided, to discuss all aspects of the wedding and meet with them if necessary

Rehearsal – Searchlight Memories trained Consultant will;

• Contact all vendors one week prior to the event to coordinate arrival/set-up times
• Review order client has chosen with each vendor
• Direct a two hour ceremony rehearsal to include spacing, music, etc
• Prepare and provide a rehearsal itinerary for wedding party
• Instruct members of the wedding party regarding their duty during the wedding.

The I Do’s – Searchlight Memories trained Consultant will;

• Set up a ladies tea or men’s luncheon prior to wedding
• Be on site prior to ceremony for final details
• Contact person for all ceremony vendors
• Coordinate times with vendors
• Insure all vendors stay on schedule and set-up is what was chosen by client
• Distribute flowers and help with putting them on
• Assist wedding party
• Organize processional line and rehearsed spacing
• Provided wedding day schedule to wedding party
• Insure everyone including bride and groom are on schedule
• Retain marriage license for officiate/minister
• Assist photographer with wedding party
• Insure the photographer stays on schedule
• Distribute final payments to vendors
• Provide an emergency wedding kit
• Print wedding programs (stationary is an extra charge)

Mr. and Mrs. – Searchlight Memories trained Consultant will;

• Be the contact person for reception vendors
• Contact vendors chosen to discuss reception details
• One week prior contact all vendors to go over finale details
• Provide an itinerary for all vendors involved in the reception
• Be on site to insure all details are in order
• Direct the wedding party to each event during reception
• Insure all vendors stay on schedule
• Assist wedding party as needed
• Distribute final payments to vendors if requested
• Assist with placement of place cards, wedding favors, D.J., Band or musicians, and table centerpieces
• Assist with reception room and cocktail arrangements
• Assist with placement of D.J., band or musicians and dance floor

The extra’s – Searchlight Memories trained Consultant will;

• Email reminder to send “Thank you” cards after the honeymoon
• Provide vendor payments schedules
• Provide detailed budget and payment timeline worksheet
• Provide a monthly timeline, a weekly timeline, and last a daily timeline
• Return tuxedo rentals
