This package is for couples who want the small family/friends backyard wedding. This package is based on a small number of people. It will include the following;

Engagement - Searchlight Memories trained Consultant

• Will help with the wedding planning process
• Attend vendor meetings (so you are free of one more meeting)
• Locate an Officiate/Minister
• Locate up to two vendors needed in each of the following categories
• Florist
• Ceremony and reception set-up, tear down, provide chairs, and tables

Rehearsal – Searchlight Memories trained Consultant will;

• Contact all vendors one week prior to the event to coordinate arrival/set-up times
• Review order client has chosen with each vendor
• Attend a one hour ceremony rehearsal
• Prepare and provide a rehearsal itinerary for wedding party

The I Do’s – Searchlight Memories trained Consultant will;

• Be on site prior to ceremony for final details
• Contact person for vendors
• Coordinate times with vendors
• Distribute flowers and help with putting them on
• Assist wedding party
• Assist photographer with wedding party
• Distribute final payments to vendors

Mr. and Mrs. – Searchlight Memories trained Consultant will;

• Be the contact person for reception vendors
• Direct the wedding party to each event during reception
• Assist wedding party as needed

**Add locate catering to this package for an additional charge.
